Envisioning is an international futures research organisation, founded and led by Brazilians, operating from abroad. For over a decade we have built tools, radars and research that help organisations make sense of emerging technology and change. We work globally, but our roots are Brazilian, and the Brasil Futures Forum is where those two identities meet. Brazil's futures ecosystem is far larger and more vibrant than most maps suggest, and the Brasil Futures Forum is the first serious attempt to weave it together. We are here to be part of that weaving: bringing an international perspective home, and projecting Brazil's futures thinking outward to the world.

We believe the Brasil Futures Forum is a movement, not a conference. It carried genuine public enthusiasm, broad community energy and a commitment to building something that lasts beyond a single event. That matters to us, because Envisioning has always held that foresight should not live in closed rooms. It should be a shared, living practice.

Brazil's futures ecosystem deserves better infrastructure. It is bigger than institutions have managed to capture, and it lacks the connective tissue: the shared data, tools and visual language to see itself clearly. That is precisely what Envisioning builds. We did not attend the Brasil Futures Forum as spectators or sponsors. We contributed the instrumentation: we captured the signals that emerged across the festival, structured them into data, and turned three days of conversation into a usable body of knowledge. This site is the result.

And the future being discussed is ours too. As Brazilians working internationally, we have spent years mapping how technology reshapes societies everywhere else. The Brasil Futures Forum was the invitation to point that lens at Brazil: its cultural power, its territories, its ways of imagining tomorrow, alongside the community building this movement.

The Brasil Futures Forum was co-created around clear commitments: burst bubbles rather than reinforce them; stay territorially rooted and experiential, building lived futures rather than merely debating them; be genuinely diverse rather than tokenistic; and leave a lasting legacy rather than end when the doors close.

Envisioning shares each of these. Our tools exist to democratize access to foresight, making signals and futures thinking usable by anyone rather than only by experts. Our Brasilidades research is territorially rooted by design, mapping the cultural DNA that Brazil projects to the world. And our contribution was legacy-shaped from the start: everything we captured during the festival became structured knowledge that outlives the event.

This site and the programme tools were built with Vibe Coding: a way of working based on rapid prototyping, experimentation and short learning cycles. We put ideas into circulation, tested them against the forum's real content and iterated continuously.

It lets us spend more time discussing what already exists — the people, works, movements and ideas shaping the future — and less time getting stuck producing tools. It creates room for innovation: we build faster, think together and use what we learn to imagine and build the future.
